For a service at Apostolos Andreas, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flower Delivery in Kamares — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Kamares

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

For flowers addressed to a guest at Queen's Bay Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

For a recipient at Road Transport Department, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.

How should I include the locality in the address?

Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Vikla.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

For a table booked at The MonkFish Seafood Restaurant, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
