Same Day Delivery
Order before 14:00 local time and the flowers can be delivered the same day; deliveries run Monday to Saturday, so most of the week is open to you. A new job, a graduation, an exam finally passed — flower delivery in Czech Republic is quick enough to mark the win on the day it happens, not a week later when the moment has cooled. You pay in the currency you already hold, and the order is placed and settled online in a few minutes, from wherever you are.
Choose a bouquet now, and a local florist can have it at their door today — the same day you thought of sending it.

Not every order is for today. Choose any future date at checkout — a birthday next month, an anniversary you would rather not leave to memory — and the order waits until then. Bouquets are built from what arrived fresh that morning, so if one particular flower isn't in, the florist swaps it for another of equal or greater value that keeps the same look. And if nobody is home when the flowers arrive, the florist will usually phone the recipient or arrange to come back.
Addresses in Czech Republic run to a five-digit postcode (PSČ) written as 3+2 digits — for example, 110 00. Write the rest out in full as well: street and number, then the town. Add the recipient's local phone number, which is the detail florists lean on most — they use it to confirm availability and the exact address. If the delivery is going to an apartment, the door code belongs at checkout too; without it the delivery can stall at the entrance. Ten seconds of typing saves a wasted trip.
Over 400 arrangements are ready to send, most of them hand-tied in the structured, rounded Central European style and wrapped in paper or cellophane. Roses, tulips, carnations, gerberas, freesias and lilies tend to lead, with eucalyptus, ruscus and fern filling out the shape. To the same order you can add Chocolates — over 60 of them — along with over 40 Perfumes, plus Wine, Champagne, Gift Baskets, Plants, Cakes, Dried Flowers, Silk Flowers and Preserved Roses. No occasion at all is often the delivery people remember longest.
Flowers are usually given in odd numbers; even numbers are kept for funerals and mourning, so the stem count is worth a second look before you order. Chrysanthemums carry a similar weight — they belong to graves and remembrance more than to everyday gifting. Flowers are also given on name days (svátek), which are celebrated almost as widely as birthdays. Cut-flower growing is centred largely on the Mělník district, South Moravia and the environs of Prague, with stems moving through Pražská tržnice, the Prague Holešovice market.
Valentine's Day (Valentýn) on 14 February and Mother's Day (Den matek), the second Sunday of May, are the exception to the usual schedule — florists open for the big flower days, so your order can arrive even when the date falls on a Sunday. Order at least 48 hours ahead. Red roses are the customary gesture in February. International Women's Day (Mezinárodní den žen) on 8 March remains a traditional day for giving flowers to women, and All Souls' Day (Dušičky) on 2 November brings wreaths and cut flowers to graves. Book the February and May dates early and you get the bouquet you actually wanted.
Someone mid-journey is almost impossible to deliver to. An airport concourse, a railway station, a cruise terminal — none of them will hold a bouquet for a passenger who is about to move on. Send to their hotel, their office or their home address instead, timed for after they arrive, so the flowers are waiting when they walk in rather than chasing them across a terminal.
Sending from another country changes nothing at your end: you order online, and the arrangement is made and delivered locally. Field-grown peonies, dahlias and sunflowers run roughly June to September; the rest of the year leans on glasshouse production and imports, mostly through Dutch auctions, so what is freshest shifts with the season. The card message is part of the same order — write it at checkout and it travels with the flowers, free and printed exactly as you typed it.
Yes — order before 14:00 local time and your flowers can be delivered the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff are delivered on the next available day you choose at checkout.
Acceptance depends on the hospital and ward, so check before ordering; otherwise the delivery goes to reception. Use the hospital's own city and full address, with the patient's full name and, where possible, the ward or room.
Yes. Include the guest's full name and, if you can, their arrival date or booking reference, so reception can match the delivery to the right guest.
Yes — include the company name and, if you know it, the floor or department. The delivery goes to reception, so choose a day the recipient is actually in the office.
Yes. Include the resident's full name and, where possible, the floor or unit. It is worth checking the residence accepts flower deliveries; reception will usually pass them on.
You can request a preferred time slot, but exact times cannot be guaranteed — deliveries follow the local florist's routes and workload for the day. The date you select at checkout is honoured.
Wreaths and formal funeral pieces need 24–48 hours' notice. Place the order with that much time in hand and the florist can build the piece properly.
