Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Rod El Farag online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You pay online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Qasr El-Nile Bridge (The Nile Castle Bridge) is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The order must be placed before 16:00 local time for same-day flowers in Rod El Farag. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. If the recipient’s address is in Abd Al Naeem, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Alsafwa Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. For a patient at Coptic Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. Sending to a patient at Al Demerdash Hospital calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order. When arranging flowers for Alsafwa Hospital, note its listed address, شارع منيه السيرج 3; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Before sending flowers to Faculty of English Commerce,FMI&BIS , Helwan University., name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Dar El Tarbiah Zamalek, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Ecole St. Joseph? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Qogmas Al-Ishaqi Mosue are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at funerary complex of Sultan Qaytbay, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Aslam Al-Selehdar Mosque, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at InterContinental Cairo Semiramis, an IHG Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
An order addressed to Egyptian Drug Authority - EDA should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
Where the delivery address includes Ahmed Helmy Building, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Chili's, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
