Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Al-Maasara.
Before ordering for a guest at Holiday Inn, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. Check with Pearl Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. For a guest at Villa Belle Epoque, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. When arranging flowers for Holiday Inn, note its listed address, كورنيش النيل; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Lycee Francais du Caire, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Cairo American College is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Lycée "El Horreya" De Méadi, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Maadi Evangelical Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Holy Family Roman Catholic Community, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at The Curch of St John the Baptist, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with the ward at alRayan Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
For someone in Hadayek helwan, use that locality name within the delivery address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Pizza Hut, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Alfath Islamic Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
Before sending to El Nakhel Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
