Flower Delivery in Dejen

You do not need to be in Dejen to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The online payment is made in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Flower Delivery in Dejen — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Dejen

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

If you are sending to a guest of Alem, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

For flowers addressed to someone at Ethiopian Red Cross Society - Dejen Branch Office, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
