You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in La Chevroliere. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The online payment is made in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed.
If the recipient is staying at La Villa des Marais, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. For an order addressed to La Villa des Marais, the listed location is Rue de la Guillauderie 4; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at École maternelle Béranger, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at École primaire privée Saint-Louis de Montfort? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to École élémentaire Adolphe Couprie, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Notre-Dame-des-Ombres, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Église Saint-Martin, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order addressed to Mairie de la Chevrolière should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Tomate & Basilic, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
