Send your flower order for Saint-Mars-de-Coutais online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
For a delivery to a teacher at École primaire Madeleine et Paul Delaroche, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at École primaire privée Sainte-Thérèse, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Église Saint-Médard, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient at Mairie de Saint-Mars-de-Coutais, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
