If the service takes place at Church of the Archangels Michael and Gabriel, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flower Delivery in Bataria — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Bataria

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

An order for a staff member at IDP Settlement should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.

How should I include the locality in the address?

Where the delivery address includes Former Military Settlement, retain the locality when filling in the order.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

A delivery timed for a meal at Imperial needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
