Flower Delivery in Áno Liósia — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Áno Liósia

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Check whether Social Insurance Institute Petroupolis accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.

How should I include the locality in the address?

For a recipient whose address is in Kolokyntou District, keep that place name in the address you enter.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

A delivery timed for a meal at The golden barrel needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and preserved roses; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
