Funeral and Sympathy Flowers in Kalamoti

For a service at Agios Georgios Monastery, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Moni Agias Matronis Chalandron, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Moni Taxiarchon are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Kalamoti

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

Before ordering for a guest at Emporios Bay, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

A delivery timed for a meal at Karagiorgis needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and preserved roses, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
