What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

When addressing flowers to a guest at Aeolian Gaea, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

For a patient at COVID Vaccination center, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.

Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Caprice, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.

The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and preserved roses; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
