When a funeral service is held at Chapel Panaghia, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flower Delivery in Kapsala — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Kapsala

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Sunday Boutique Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Steki Deipnosofiston, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and preserved roses. Check availability for the product you choose.
