Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Notos

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

When addressing flowers to a guest at Sportclub Paradise, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

For a recipient at Kentro Proothisis Apascholisis Lefkimmis, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.

How should I include the locality in the address?

When entering an address in Ringlades, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

A delivery timed for a meal at Taverna Balis needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and preserved roses. Check availability for the product you choose.
