Flower Delivery in Petriti — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Petriti

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

For flowers addressed to a guest at Sportclub Paradise, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.

How should I include the locality in the address?

For someone in Ringlades, use that locality name within the delivery address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If you are planning flowers for a meal at Taverna Balis, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and preserved roses, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
