Funeral and Sympathy Flowers in Vlatos

When a funeral service is held at Aghia Evangelistra, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Aghios Demitrios, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Agia Triada, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.

Flower Delivery in Vlatos — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Vlatos

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

How should I include the locality in the address?

In practice, include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Kato Kalathenes.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

For a table booked at Archontas, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and preserved roses; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
