What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

When addressing flowers to a guest at Azur Boutique Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

Before arranging flowers for someone at Asklepieio Voulas, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.

How should I include the locality in the address?

For someone in Palaio Faliro, use that locality name within the delivery address.

What should I check before sending funeral or remembrance flowers?

If flowers are going to Phaleron War Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If you are planning flowers for a meal at George's Steak House, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and preserved roses, subject to the availability of your chosen product.

What should I check before sending flowers to a school?

A delivery for St Lawrence College is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
