Order before 14:00 and your flowers can be with them the same day, arranged and delivered by a florist working in the recipient's own town. It is their birthday and you cannot be there in person: the bouquet turns up on the day itself, at the door, which is a different thing altogether from a message that arrives and scrolls away. Flower delivery in Honduras is settled from wherever you happen to be. Checkout is in your own currency, paid securely online, and the whole order takes a few minutes.
Pick from over 100 flower arrangements and set the delivery date at checkout — the bouquet is made up locally, on the day it travels.
“The bouquet was even more beautiful than the photo. Arrived fresh, perfectly wrapped and exactly on time. My recipient was absolutely delighted. Highest recommendation.”

“Used Internet Florist three times now. Every single order has been fresh, beautifully arranged and on time. Genuinely the best online florist I have found anywhere.”
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
We deliver Monday to Saturday, so most of the week is open to you, and the date you choose at checkout is the date the florist works to. An order placed after the cutoff moves to the next available day rather than disappearing into a queue. Bouquets follow the freshest stems of the day, which means an unavailable flower is replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style. The size and the colour you chose still hold, even when a single stem is not the one you first saw. Any future date works too, and a date set well ahead is the safest option around the busiest weeks of the year.
Give the complete address: the street and number, the city, and the five-digit postal code — 11101 for Tegucigalpa, for example — plus a phone number for the recipient. That number is not a formality. Florists use it to confirm availability and to check the exact address before setting out, and an order without one is the slowest kind to complete. If the flowers are going to an apartment, the delivery often needs a door code as well — there is a field for it at checkout, and filling it in costs you nothing.
Roses, carnations, gerberas, lilies, gladiolus and chrysanthemums appear to cover most of everyday gifting, usually hand-tied and wrapped in cellophane or paper, in a colourful, densely packed tropical style, with ferns, palm leaves and eucalyptus filling out the shape. Gladiolus, chrysanthemums, marigolds, gingers and heliconias are grown in the country itself, production being steadiest in the cooler highlands around Siguatepeque and the Comayagua Valley, while lowland heat and the rainy season from May to October tend to push florists towards greenhouse-grown or imported stock. The wholesale trade runs through Mercado San Isidro in Tegucigalpa. At a funeral, the customary tribute is a white wreath, with gladiolus and lilies common in the arrangements.
Mother's Day (Día de la Madre), the second Sunday of May, is the peak flower-buying occasion of the year, and Father's Day (Día del Padre) falls on March 19, the feast of San José. Both are the exception to the usual schedule — florists open for the big flower days, so your order can arrive even when the date falls on a Sunday, and around Mother's Day and Valentine's/Friendship Day (Día del Cariño) on February 14, when roses go between couples and friends alike, order at least 48 hours ahead. November 2 brings All Souls' Day (Día de los Difuntos), when marigolds and gladiolus are placed at graves. The other strong case has no date attached: nothing to mark, nothing to explain, which is exactly what makes it memorable.
Someone in the middle of a journey is almost impossible to reach, because an airport, a railway station or a cruise terminal is not an address that stays still. Send to their hotel, office or home instead, timed for after they arrive, and the delivery has somewhere to land. If the recipient is not home when the florist calls round, they will typically ring them or arrange a redelivery, so a missed door is rarely the end of it. One more thing about timing: wreaths and formal funeral pieces need 24–48 hours' notice.
Most orders arrive from another country, and ordering from abroad changes very little at your end: a few minutes online, and a local florist handles the delivery from there. A card message comes with every order at no extra cost, printed word for word, so the sentence you would have said at the door goes with the flowers instead of after them. Nothing has to be posted separately and nothing has to be collected at the far end.
Yes — order before 14:00 local time and your flowers can be delivered the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff are delivered on the next available day you choose at checkout.
Alongside fresh flowers you can send Gift Baskets, Plants, Chocolates and Cakes. Availability is shown for each product before you order.
You can request a preferred time slot, but exact times cannot be guaranteed — deliveries follow the local florist's routes and workload for the day. The calendar only offers dates that are available.
Acceptance depends on the hospital and ward — check before ordering; otherwise delivery goes to reception. Use the hospital's own city and full address, with the patient's full name and, where possible, the ward or room.

Yes — include the company name and, if you know it, the floor or department, and the delivery goes to reception. Pick a day the recipient is in, so the flowers are not left overnight.
Yes. Include the resident's full name and, where possible, the floor or unit. It is worth checking the residence accepts flower deliveries; reception will usually pass them on.
