Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Roatan

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

Before ordering for a guest at Posada las Orquideas, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Before sending to a workplace such as Registro Nacional de las Personas, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.

How should I include the locality in the address?

If the recipient’s address is in Jobs Bight, keep that locality in the full delivery address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

A delivery timed for a meal at Azure needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.

What should I check before sending flowers to a school?

Sending flowers to someone at Bay Islands International School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
