Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. For an address in B.M. High School Chowk, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Use the hospital’s full address for Life Worth Hospital, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered. If you are sending flowers to someone at Maa Mankeshwari Multi Speciality Hospital, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
A delivery for Government Upper Primary school is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at B.M. Highschool, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Manikeshwari School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Bahadur Bagicha Para;Sri Sai Mandir are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Jagannath Temple, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Jaleshwar Temple, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel Centre Park, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at District Head Quarters Hospital, Bhawanipatna, and address the order to the hospital itself.
When ordering for a recipient at Bhawanipatna Municiality, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
When entering an address in College Chowk, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Bijaya Hotel, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
For a guest at Hotel Royal Midtown, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
