Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order. For an address in Shantiniketan, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Before ordering for a guest at Shantinikaetan Tourist Lodge, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. Sending to Rangabitan? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
A delivery for Bolpur Girls High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Bolpur High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Budhha Statue, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Shyambati Durga Mandir, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at La-Sonajhuri Resort, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
For a patient at Pearson Memorial Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
For a recipient at Bopur-Sriniketan BDO Office, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Prantik.
A delivery timed for a meal at Kasahara needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Bolpur Hospital, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
