Send flowers to Dhenkanal from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order.
When the recipient is at Government Hospital, Tarava, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
When several people are giving the flowers together at George U.P. School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Ashram, Bolua, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Brahmani Devi Temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Jaunli Mandir are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Government Hospital, Kumusi, and address the order to the hospital itself.
An order for a staff member at Puchayat Office should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Bikyata bara, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
