For same-day flower delivery in Kharagpur, place your order before 14:00 local time. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. If the destination is in Kalaikunda, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Before sending to Amiyaa Maternity Cum Nursing Home, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
A delivery for Kharagpur Silver Jubilee High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Andhra High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Kendriya Vidyalaya No.2, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Inda Stand Kali Mandir, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Jagannath Mandir, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Jama Masjid, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with the ward at Kharagpur Sub Divisional Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
For flowers addressed to someone at DRM Office, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
If the recipient’s address is in South Talbagicha, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at IIT Staff Canteen, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
