What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Before placing a workplace order for Vidhan Sabha, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.

How should I include the locality in the address?

If the destination is in Alambagh, retain the locality name as part of the full address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Agni, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.

What should I check before sending flowers for a service at a church?

If the service takes place at Hanuman Setu Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.

What should I check before sending flowers for a service at a church?

For a service at Sri Ramakrishna Math Lucknow, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
