What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

If the recipient is staying at Marriott Executive Apartments, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Check whether Narnaul District Courts accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.

A delivery timed for a meal at Jannat Cafe needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
