Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Rajnandgaon is 14:00 local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. For someone in Basantpur, use that locality name within the delivery address.
A flower order for someone staying at Hotel Awana should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. For a guest at Mayur Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
Before sending flowers to Weidner Memorial Senior Secondary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Gayatri School ground, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Yugantar Public School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at BUDDHA STATUE, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Abis Chicken Delights, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Government Medical College Hospital,, and address the order to the hospital itself.
For someone working at Chhattisgarh State electricity Board, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Chikhali.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Domino's, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
