What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

Sending to a patient at Manickkam Hospital calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

An order for a staff member at Rasipuram Court should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.

How should I include the locality in the address?

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?
