Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Tumkur

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

A flower order for a recipient at Aruna Hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

An order for a staff member at Bescom Office should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

For a table booked at Hotel Balaji Family Restaurant, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.

What should I check before sending flowers to a school?

Sending flowers to someone at Upadhya's JCA? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
