Flower Delivery in Ashiya — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Ashiya

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

Sending to a patient at Ashiya Hospital calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

For someone working at Ashiya City Office, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.

How should I include the locality in the address?

For a recipient whose address is in Matsuhamacho, keep that place name in the address you enter.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Saizeriya, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
