Send flowers to Himeji from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Payment is taken online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Himeji Municipality 100th Anniversary 1989 are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Historic site of Engyō-ji is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Same-day orders for Himeji close at 12:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. For an address in Ichikawadai 1-chome, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to APA Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. A flower order for someone staying at Dormy Inn Himeji should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Tōyō University Himeji High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at SBC Himeji Japanese Language Academy? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Engyō Temple are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Hyogo-ken Himeji Gokoku Shrine, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Osakabe Shrine, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Richmond Hotel Himeji, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
If the destination is in Matogatacho-Fukudomari, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at OHSHO, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
