Sending Flowers to Schools in Gujo

A delivery for Takasu Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Itoshiro Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.

For a service at Jion Ji Zen Temple, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.

Flower Delivery in Gujo — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Gujo

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

For flowers addressed to a guest at Hotel Villa MontSaint, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

For a recipient at Gujo City Hall, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.

How should I include the locality in the address?

Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Shirotori-cho Itoshiro.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Gonza, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
