What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

Sending to Hida Tomoe Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.

For a recipient at Ochiai Kakiuchi Hospital, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?
