You do not need to be in Kawagoe to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by 500 Statues of Rakan in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Fujimiyagura Site is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Kawagoe is 12:00. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. If the destination is in Kukedo, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Before sending to Jonan Central Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. Before arranging flowers for someone at Sekishindo Hospital, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Espoir Isanuma, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Kawagoe Prince Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
For a service at Kita-in Temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Naritasan Kawagoe Branch, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Miyoshino Shrine are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Super Hotel, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Use the hospital’s full address for Honkawagoe Hospital, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Furuya Civic Center, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
Where the delivery address includes Uwado, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Before sending a tribute to Shin Tokorozawa Memorial Park, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
For a table booked at Machida Shouten, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Toho College of Music, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
A delivery for Toho Daini Senior High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
