Send flowers to someone in Kumano without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
For delivery on the same day in Kumano, the order needs to be placed before 12:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. When entering an address in Hobocho, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Harusame, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Kinanso, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
If the service takes place at Hananoiwaya Shrine, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Hotel Nami before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
For a recipient at Kumano City Hall, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
For a recipient whose address is in Kamikawacho-Konoue, keep that place name in the address you enter.
The listed gift categories include plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
