Flower Delivery in Shingu

You do not need to be in Shingu to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

If you are sending to a guest of Station Hotel Shingu, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Before ordering for a guest at Hotel New Palace, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.

Funeral and Sympathy Flowers in Shingu

When a funeral service is held at Kumano Hayatama Taisha, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Kamikura-jinja Shrine, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.

Flower Delivery in Shingu — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Shingu

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

When addressing flowers to a guest at Shingu Central Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

For a recipient at Shingu City Hall, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.

How should I include the locality in the address?

If the destination is in Kumanogawacho-Tamakiguchi, retain the locality name as part of the full address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

A delivery timed for a meal at Gyoza no Ohsho needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
