Flower Delivery in Susami

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

If you are sending to a guest of TUZUMI wakayama Susami, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.

Ask about personal flower deliveries at Susami Town Hall, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.

For a recipient whose address is in Mirozu, keep that place name in the address you enter.

You can also browse plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
