A flower order for Oguni can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You pay online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. When entering an address in Kamida, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hagakure-kan, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. For flowers addressed to a guest at Izumiya, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
For a service at Tsuetate Hotspring Shrine, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Utsuo Gonge, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Yakushido, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Fukumi Sanso, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Address details for Kitazato should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Komatsu, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
