For a recipient in Yokoze, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The online payment is made in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. When the destination is in Ashigakubo, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Yokoze Junior High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Yokoze Elementary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Chichibu No.07 Houchou-ji, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Chichibu No.08 Saizen-ji are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Chichibu06 Bokuun-ji, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Where the delivery address includes Yokoze, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at ENgaWA 駅前食堂, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
