For a delivery to a teacher at Zentralschoul, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Temps d'Or, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Check whether Biergerzenter accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Op Der Gare, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
