For delivery on the same day in Plentong, the order needs to be placed before 15:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Permas Jaya.
For a patient at Hospital Pasir Gudang, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
For a delivery to a teacher at SJK (C) Chien Chi, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at SJK (C) Pei Chih, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Sekolah Kebangsaan Taman Johor Jaya 3 is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If the service takes place at Divine Destiny, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Miico Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
For a thank-you addressed to staff at Sultan Ismail Hospital, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Dewan Raya Bandar Seri Alam, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
If the recipient’s address is in Taman Johor Jaya, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
For a table booked at Restaurant Senibong Bay Seafood 浅水湾海番村, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
