Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Tebrau

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel Vistaria, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.

How should I include the locality in the address?

Where the delivery address includes Taman Daya, retain the locality when filling in the order.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

A delivery timed for a meal at Adam’s Kitchen needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.

Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.

What should I check before sending flowers for a service at a church?

Flowers for a service at Sultan Iskandar Mosque‎ are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
