Order online in a few minutes and pick the delivery date at checkout — we deliver Monday to Saturday, and the arrangement is made and delivered locally. Sending flowers to Mayotte from another country changes nothing at your end: you order and pay securely online in your own currency, and the card message you write at checkout travels with the flowers, free and exactly as you typed it. When words over the phone are not landing, flowers at the door restart the conversation, and this is a delivery you can time yourself.
Choose from over 100 arrangements and a local florist makes up the one you pick and takes it to the door.

It happens, and it is handled the same way every time. If a particular flower is not in that morning, the florist swaps it for one of equal or greater value that keeps the same look. The other thing that can go sideways is the recipient: if they are not home when the delivery comes, the florist will usually call them or arrange a redelivery. Neither needs a decision from you on the day, and neither changes what you paid.
Give the complete address: the street and number, then the five-digit postcode beginning 976 — 97600 Mamoudzou, for example — plus a phone number for the recipient. Florists use the number to confirm availability and pin down the exact address before they set out. If the delivery goes to an apartment, the door code goes in too — it is a checkout field, and it adds nothing to what you pay.
The morning after a first date is one of the few times a message will not do. Flowers are the usual answer, and they are not the only one: gift baskets, plants and chocolates go out through the same florists, so you are not limited to stems. What is in the flowers shifts with the season. Tropical blooms such as ylang-ylang and frangipani are around year-round but most abundant in the wet season, roughly November to April, while shop staples like roses and lilies are largely imported.
Ylang-ylang, frangipani, hibiscus, bougainvillea, bird of paradise and anthurium are grown locally, around Sada, Chiconi and Ouangani. What a florist builds from them is French in shape and tropical in content: a hand-tied bouquet wrapped in paper, in the French florist-shop style, given a tropical accent with local blooms and foliage — palm fronds, banana leaf, ti leaves and croton — rather than the all-imported arrangement you might expect. Roses, lilies, orchids and chrysanthemums round out the counter. Mother's Day (Fête des Mères) is given flowers here as it is in mainland France. Funeral custom runs the other way: elaborate cut-flower tributes are less usual here than in mainland France, and if you do send a wreath or a formal piece, it needs 24–48 hours' notice.
Mother's Day falls on the last Sunday of May, or the first Sunday of June when it coincides with Pentecost. Father's Day (Fête des Pères) is the third Sunday of June, and Valentine's Day (Saint-Valentin) is 14 February, when roses are the common gift. Those three dates are the exception to the usual working week — florists open for the big flower days, so your order can arrive even when the date falls on a Sunday. Around Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, order at least 48 hours ahead. All Saints' Day (Toussaint) on 1 November is a quieter one: chrysanthemums and other flowers are placed on graves, following French tradition.
Someone mid-journey is almost impossible to reach with a delivery. An airport, a railway station or a cruise terminal is not somewhere a bouquet can wait for them. Send to their hotel, office or home address instead, timed for after they arrive. A workplace works well for the same reason, provided the delivery lands inside office hours and on a day the recipient is in. Give the company name and, if you know it, the floor or department, and reception takes it from there.
Yes. You can pick any future delivery date at checkout, and the calendar only offers dates that are available. Choosing the date yourself is the safest option around busy periods.
Acceptance depends on the hospital and ward — check before ordering; otherwise delivery goes to reception. Use the hospital's own city and full address, with the patient's full name and, where possible, the ward or room.
Yes. Reception will ask for the reservation name and room number, so include the guest's full name and, if you can, their arrival date or booking reference.
Yes. Include the resident's full name and, where possible, the floor or unit. It is worth checking the residence accepts flower deliveries; reception will usually pass them on.
You can request a preferred time slot, but exact times cannot be guaranteed — deliveries follow the local florist's routes and workload for the day. The delivery date you select at checkout is honoured.
