Flower Delivery in Castamay

Send your flower order for Castamay online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Arco de la Ex Hacienda IMI in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Entrada a Ciudad Concordia is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Flower Delivery in Castamay — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Castamay

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

How should I include the locality in the address?

Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in LAS FLORES.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
