A flower order for Caia can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Place a same-day order for Caia by the local cutoff of 13:00. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Pensão Maia, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. For a guest at Rochas hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
If the service takes place at Igreja Católica de Chatala, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Igreja Católica de Deve, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Igreja Católica de Luwati are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Hotel Caia, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
