Sending flowers to someone at Escola Secondaria Padre Paulo? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Flower Delivery in Macomia — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Macomia

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

When the recipient is at Hospital Macomia (em Construção), the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.

How should I include the locality in the address?

An address in Bairro Nanga should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse gift baskets, plants and chocolates, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
