Check with Everest Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. For flowers addressed to a guest at Hotel Chandra Surya, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.

Sending Flowers to Schools in Khandachakra

Before sending flowers to Golden Future Academy, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Nainaldev Basic School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Naindevi Basic School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.

Funeral and Sympathy Flowers in Khandachakra

If the service takes place at Chait Mandir, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Kalika Mandir, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Mastadevi, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.

Flower Delivery in Khandachakra — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Khandachakra

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

A flower order for someone staying at Hotel Hill Side 2 should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

If the recipient works at District Court, Kalikot, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Abraj-rest, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
