Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Lele

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

If you cannot visit a guest at Godavari Village Resort, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

Use the hospital’s full address for Niroga-Dham, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Ask about personal flower deliveries at Godawari Municipality Ward 6 Office, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.

How should I include the locality in the address?

For a recipient whose address is in Dukuchhap, keep that place name in the address you enter.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Kasturi Villa, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
