What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

Before ordering for a guest at Rara Cultural Resort, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

Before sending to Hospital Area, Thini, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

When ordering for a recipient at Napi karyalaya Mugu, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Rara Shangri-La Hospitality, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
