Sending Flowers to Schools in Taplejung

Sending flowers to someone at Kanchan Academy? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Shree Janapriya Basic School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Shree Mahendra Secondary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Taplejung

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

Check that Guras Hotel and Lodge can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

Address flowers for someone at Merinden Rural Municipality with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

For a table booked at Mirgin La Teashop, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
