Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Almkerk. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
Before sending flowers to De Halm, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at De Almgaard, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at d'Uylenborch, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at De Voorhof, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Gereformeerde Kerk Almkerk are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Hervormde Kerk, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether Gemeentehuis Altena accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
