A flower order for Boxmeer can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed.
A flower order for someone staying at 't Vertrek should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Before ordering for a guest at Hotel Restaurant Riche, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. The address given for 't Vertrek is Stationsweg 12; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Elzendaalcollege? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Metameer, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to De Bakelgeert, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Johannes Nepomucenus Kapel, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at PKN Boxmeer, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Sint-Petrusbasiliek are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Gemeentehuis Land van Cuijk - Balie Boxmeer, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
For a table booked at Brownies&downieS, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
